The use of Road Reflectors has been successful in other municipalities to deter deer from crossing roadways.  Statistics are available to prove this.  There are programs available to defray the costs to municipalities.

Reduced speed limits do make a difference.  Not only do they help to reduce the deer-car collisions but they also make the streets safer for our children.

Deer are not the major carriers of the tick which can cause Lyme Disease.  The field mouse is.

There are repellants and electronic pest controls available that work.

Careful selection of plant materials will make a big difference.

There are a number of experts who have concluded that a hunt is not the answer to a perceived problem.  In fact, it could lead to remaining deer reproducing more fawns.  A hunt would have to be repeated yearly at a cost to taxpayers.

"Culling the hear" will not stop deer-collisions or stop deer from browsing desirable plants.

It is not your responsibility to care for your neighbors' shrubbery.
